Required Checklist
These items are mandatory for approval:
Business Information
◻️ EIN number for US businesses. If you are not in the US or don’t have an EIN number, get in touch or sign up for Pingram to get dedicated support.
◻️ Registered business name and address
Website
◻️ Home page that clearly shows what your business does
◻️ Business name, address, contact information on the website matching the tax registration
◻️ Privacy Policy must include a non-sharing clause (specific verbiage required)
◻️ Privacy Policy must have a “Communications” or “Opt-out” section
◻️ Terms of Service
Please consult your legal team to ensure your privacy policy and terms of service are compliant.
Opt-in
◻️ Explicit opt-in process. E.g. separate unchecked checkbox on signup form
◻️ Checkbox links to Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
Opt-out
◻️ STOP keyword supported and immediately stops messages
◻️ HELP keyword returns business name and support contact
Campaign & Messages
◻️ Campaign description (3-5 sentences, specific use case)
◻️ 2-5 sample messages with business name in each
◻️ Opt-out language in at least one sample message
◻️ No URL shorteners (bit.ly, tinyurl, etc.)
◻️ Sample messages match campaign description
