Pingram now supports full inbound messaging, allowing you to track and process any incoming email or SMS.

The Problem

Developers previously needed to build custom infrastructure to capture and process inbound emails and SMS, often requiring days of research, development, and testing.

The Solution

Pingram is now set up to process inbound messages out-of-the-box:

  • Every Pingram account now gets a built-in email inbox (yourcompany@mail.pingram.io) ready to receive messages immediately
  • You can also add custom domains to receive emails at addresses like support@mail.yourcompany.com
  • Paid accounts also get a dedicated A2P-enabled number to send and receive SMS
  • All incoming messages are forwarded to your webhook with smart reply detection
  • In addition, your dashboard now provides a live preview of all incoming messages for easy debugging

Getting Started

  1. Set up your inboxes at Dashboard > Inbound
  2. Configure your webhook URL
  3. That’s it! You’re ready to receive inbound messages.
