SMS is one of our most popular channel for our customers to notify their users. However, until now, developers had to build custom infrastructure to capture and process SMS replies.
Our Solution
Pingram now automatically captures and forwards SMS replies to your application:
Automatic conversation matching: When a user replies within 7 days of your last message, we automatically match the reply to the original conversation
User identification: Replies include message content, user ID, number, notification type, and even tracking ID from your original notification
Webhook delivery: The reply is forwarded to your configured webhook endpoint
Full visibility: All SMS replies are visible in your Logs dashboard
