Introducing Notification Throttling

We are excited to announce the addition Notification Throttling to Pingram. This feature prevents software bugs or UX flaws from flooding your end-users and damaging your software’s reputation and stability.

As software workers, we understand software bugs can happen. Even if your software works correctly most of the time, UX or architectural flaws can accidentally generate too many notifications for end-users which damages the reputation of your software.

Pingram’s Notification Throttling feature can prevent this situation by limiting the number of times a notification can be sent to the same user within a timeframe.

Using this feature requires no additional code or technical skill. Simply enable it from your dashboard to de-risk your notifications.
