Take full control of your email suppression lists.

We’ve launched comprehensive suppression list management features that give you complete visibility and control over suppressed email recipients. You can now easily view who’s on your suppression lists and remove them when needed, all through our intuitive dashboard interface.

Suppression lists are essential for maintaining healthy email delivery. They automatically prevent emails from being sent to addresses that have bounced or have marked messages as spam. This protects your sender reputation and ensures compliance with ISP requirements. However, managing these lists has traditionally been a black box operation. When emails bounce or recipients get suppressed, you often lose visibility into who’s affected and lack easy ways to reverse these actions when circumstances change (like when a recipient fixes their email issues or wants to re-subscribe). Our new suppression list management feature solves this by putting you back in complete control.

Features

The new suppression list management includes filtering capabilities in the Users tab, allowing you to quickly identify all suppressed recipients across your account. You can remove users from suppression lists with a single click, and the same functionality is integrated into the Logs tab for immediate action when reviewing delivery failures. For developers who prefer programmatic control, we’ve also added an API endpoint for user suppression list management.

Get Started

Navigate to the Users tab in your Pingram dashboard and use the new suppression filter to view all suppressed recipients. You can also manage suppression directly from individual log entries in the Logs tab for immediate remediation when reviewing delivery issues. Developers can integrate these capabilities into their applications using our API documentation.
